According to your symptoms, it sounds to me like yeast infection my boyfriend once had. It was actually when we started dating, it is quite possible that he got it from me although it is said that yeast infection is that sexually transmitted like other things. I was on a prolonged antibiotic course and I didn’t know I had yeast until he started showing these symptoms and we were both diagnosed with it.

I didn’t have any visible symptoms except maybe the discharge but it wasn’t that smelly, so I didn’t suspect anything.
He had redness and was very sensitive and itchy. He also had flaking, so he had it checked.

However, don’t take my word for it. You may have some kind of skin disorder like contact dermatitis and your skin may be reacting to different stimuli. It would be best if you saw a dermatologist or urologist and had it looked by them. I am sure they would be able to tell with certainty what it is.
