Yeah that is the truth. If you want to help yourself and others if you want, then this combination is great indeed. If you have a problem with a specific part of your body, you will increase the benefit of acupressure if you use reflexology as well. My advice is to learn both and if you are not sure what ails you, rub yourself nonetheless. You will be doing yourself a favor.
