Hello there. I am 35 years old female. I know that reflexology is some type of alternative medicine but I would like you to tell me everything you know about it. I heard that this can improve my general health. I barely know anything about the subject and because of that it would be nice to hear any answer. Sorry to waste your time.

I will do my best to help you out. Reflexology is a practice which stimulates some points on your feet, hands or ears. Reflexology can improve your general health. People who practice it believe that foot is divided into many zones. Every zone has a different impact on the patient. That is about all I know.
