reflexology in pregnancy-yes or no

Hi, I am in the 3rd month of pregnancy and I am under stress because I am pregnant for the first time. I feel pain in my back and I would like to know if it would be good for me to try reflexology treatments. My friend told me that it would make great benefits for my health but my sister told me I would be careful with it because of my pregnancy. I don't know would I try with reflexology or not?

Hi, I had great pain in my back while I was pregnant. My relative, who was practicing reflexology, suggested me to try it and he told me that it is absolutely safe for me. He massaged my feet, palms and ears for several weeks and I felt great relief. There was no pain in my back and I felt full of energy. From my experience I would suggest you to try reflexology with qualified therapist. If you feel something you may consult your doctor.
