Hello. I am a woman 28 years old and I am interested in alternative healing techniques. I heard from a friend that reflexology is great, and fits just right in the category. Could you tell me something more about reflexology techniques? As I understand, it is done by applying pressure at some points on hands or feet. Could you explain a bit, please?

Reflexology is alternate healing. It is done by pressure, movements and stretching of the feet and hands. This pressure points than have a corresponding effect to pressure to the certain body parts. It is great for a stress relief. It is also great when used along the conventional medical treatment. And it can be used for prevention too. It is done by professional reflexology therapists.
