regarding mastrubating and penis erection

hi
i am 22 yrs old.i have the habit of mastrubating for almost two years.also sometimes there will be White cum formation in my penis foreskin if i saw some explict kinds.also there is a failure of penis erection sometimes .I am very much afraid bcoz of the following problems......

My questions are
1) what are the problems tat will occur if i mastrubate?
2) why is there some kind of cum formation in my foreskin?
3) why there is a failure of penis erection sometmes ?
4) why one of my seeds seems to slides down at times?

=> please tell me some medicines too if there is any problem!!!!
