What is reiki? Yesterday I went out with some of my friends and through the entire evening they were talking about reiki positions, reiki healing, stuff like that. They even asked each other “can you feel the energy”? Tell me something more about this reiki. What is it? How it works?
In shortest, reiki consists of many body positions which help you in a great variety of both body and mind health. You already know that maintaining balance is the most important thing in all life aspects, so reiki is just emphisising this. And this energy they talked about is something that exists in each and every one of us, and in everything that surrounds us. Don’t worry, after couple of reiki sessions, you’ll be asking everyone the same question – can you feel the energy?
