Hello, I need to know something. My daughter is 16 years old, she's going to high school, and she started to show interest in various stuff. Accidently, I overheard her talking to her friends about some reiki positions. I know that it has to do something with medicine, but I am not quite sure. I just need to know if I should be worried about these reiki positions or not?

Reiki is a phrase that comes from Japan. Rei and Ki, two words that together makes something like spiritually guided life flow, life energy. That's the type of energy that is within us and all around us. It's main purpose is to teach us how to harmonize our mind and body. You have nothing to worry about, I even tried these reiki positions and it's really nothing out of the ordinary. You could compare it to acupuncture. Everyone was skeptical about it when it first emerged, but now it's a common thing. You should try it, it helps!
