Hi, I am 30 years old and my weight is 118 kilos. The interesting thing, since I practice martial arts, it is not visible much, and I pass as just a big guy, but I know that there is a lot of extra weight that has to be eliminated. And I do that from time to time, but it returns quickly. I guess I need a good relapse prevention plan…

We all do, when it comes to dealing with extra weight. But you need to know that extra weight is not something gained over couple of days, it is usually a process that took years and as such, cannot be dealt with in a matter of weeks. You do realize that once you loose the weight the only thing that can bring it back is your psyche so you should strengthen it any way you can. Think of it as a brain martial art!
