What are you asking?

"Will having sex with clothing on affect your pregnancy?"

Or are you asking

"Will having sex with your clothes on make you pregnant?"

The answer to the second question is generally no... assuming that he doesn't ejaculate on your vagina or soak your panties.

Usually clothed sex (dry humping) will not be pleasurable and doesn't satisfy anyone.

Use protection if you go any farther.
