I decided to lose some weight…to burn the fat actually. I decided that running is the best for me. My friend keeps telling me that I should monitor my heart rate because of my weight. I am health person, so I don’t see arson. Can anyone explain me relation between running, heart rate & fat burn?

Fat burning is essential to every health program, because Excess stored body fat has significant implications to health and obesity. Fat burning exercise and fat burning foods work together to burn body fat and use to use body fat as fuel. So besides running you have to be careful what you eat. I would recommend you Polar heart rate monitor. It is a great fat burning workout. Also strength training to build muscle will also burn fat and increase your body's ability to store glycogen.
