Hi. I am a 35 years old woman, and I want to post here to tell you that relaxation exercises rule! I have been practicing meditation for a month, and I already feel more relaxed than ever. I am so full of energy that I don't know what to do with myself. Before, I was always nervous, and I had problems sleeping, and now my problems are gone. Thank you Mr. Meditation!
I just know what you mean. I had problems with sleeping, and even got hooked on sleeping pills. They only made me worse. Those things are bad for your health, plus I they don't get you to sleep. I discovered meditation a year ago, enrolled in a class, and now I do it on my own. I sleep like a baby for a year now. I'll agree with you on this one - meditation is great.
