reliability of prenancy test done 2 wks after sex

As my name suggests, im indeed in panic the past weeks. i had my first prenancy test 11 days after sex and had it again after three days (w/c means exactly 2 wks after unprotected sex. both test showed negative results. How reliable it is? I am 1 day delay with my period. but 3 days after the intercourse, i took contraceptive pills for five days and stopped it, in the hope that i can have a forced menstruation. Did it alter my menstrual cycle? Is the negative result really reliable? Do i need to conduct another pregnancy test and when? pls pls pls help...thanks

While some early pregnancy tests can show a result around 14 days after ovulation, it is best to wait an extra week (when your period is one week late) to be sure that there is enough pregnancy hormone to show a result if you are pregnant
