Hello,
I had surgery to remove an arachnoid cyst from my spinal cord. I am 3 weeks post surgery. I am able to walk but that is about as far as it goes. No lifting, more than a cup of coffee and no bending. I also have severe rheumatoid arthritis which makes squatting difficult. Can any one tell me how long before I might be able to return to my life which was very physical. My hsband and I love to climb mountains and camp.
