I first developed these back in the late 70's and then they were snipped off out patient in hospital. Back in the 90's they showed up again and became annoying and itching and had removed again in the office.Cut off and stitched. Only problem was the Dr gave me pain killers that constipated me atherefore they came back , BIG TIME. I have given up hope and live with them, they are about 1/8 to 1/16 to 1/4 maybE OF AN INCH, and I use baby wipes after each BM, which helps but I know they are there. Sorry it may not be what you want to hear but its true. By the way, 56 year male
