Hi there! I am sorry to hear that your friend had to lose his testicles. It sounds awful.
One thing is promising-he can still ejaculate.
I don’t know what they left during the surgery but one thing is sure he still has his testicles producing sex hormones. If his testicles were producing the sex hormones, he wouldn’t be able to get erected at all. He wouldn’t be able to become aroused, he wouldn’t be able to get it up, and he wouldn’t have anything to ejaculate as the sperm wouldn’t be made due to lack of the sex hormones.
Oh, I forgot one thing. He wouldn’t even have a desire to have sex or it would be very low.
So, if he can ejaculate he could father again. However, the chances may be smaller if the amount of ejaculate is not as big.
I think he should have a serious talk with his doctors and learn everything about his new condition. |
