i have hair growing on the base of my penis, and a few hairs(short ones) on the shaft of my penis. I really don't want hair there. is nair safe to use?

i tried scissors and a mini trimmer, the trimmer doesn't remove the whole hair, and i'm afraid with the scissors i may give myself a vasectomy...
