i have had reoccurring lumps in my underarm area both on the arm and on my torso right at the fold of my underarm. these are swollen and painful and after about 3-5 days open and have a bloody / puss discharge

They are probably infected. See a doctor for a proper antibiotic to get rid of these infections.
