Ihave been recently been diagnosed with RLS. Started taking requip today so don't know if it will work yet. RLS in my case is in my feet not legs but neuologist told me that this can happen. Since I have always had anxiety problems, I sometimes question wether this is psycosomatic. Anyone else experience this?

I have RLS in my legs feet and occasionally whole body. It comes on at unexpected times, but I finally figured out that one thing that triggers it is antihistimines. Are you on any allergy medication? benadryl and tylenol PM, which contains benadryl, are two things that aggrivate my condition. Try to take note of when the symptoms start... time of day, what you've eaten, medications you've taken... to get a clue as to what your triggers might be.
