| I suffer from restless leg syndrome, ive been to the doctors about it and apparently there is no cure,i also get this restless feeling in my penis,if im active i dont seem to notice it but when i sit down or at bed time i get this feeling in my penis. Sometimes if i urinate, ejaculate or squeeze and tap it the feeling subsides but soon comes back, this can get extremely frustrating especially at night as it can stop me getting any sleep, sometimes its more intense than my restless legs, could this relate to my restless legs or is it something completely different, has anyone got the same symptoms as me ? Please help ! |

There isn't a cure for restless legs but many treatments. Take a calcium supplement, make sure it's not time released, about two hours before you go to bed. It has helped me in the past with restless legs. There are over the counter products, Leggins, and others that are to stop restless legs and night leg crampings, they all contain only three things; calcium, magnesium and diphenhydramine (benadryl). They are also all very, very expensive.
If you are really bothered this much you may want to pursue further medical advice as some with restless legs actually have arterial disease or conditions in their leg(s) or abdomen which cause symptoms to include restless legs.
Oh, and if you crush a regular calcium tablet, not the time released or extended release, and mix it into some pudding, applesauce, yogurt and eat this about two hours before bed it helps more, at least it did with me.
Good Luck |
