right abdominal pain

I am 20 years old and have been having right upper abdominal pain for the last year. They tested my gull bladder, liver and stomach. Taken many blood samples and did ultra sounds, ct scans and xrays. In the last two weeks i have been having worse pain that spread to my ribs. Its my right side of ribs located just above the spot that hurts. I cant even turn to the side any more. it hurts too much. I dont know what this could possibly be. When i take a deep breath it feels like im sucking into a whole. it feels like the whole is hell and thats what is hurting soo bad. Does anybody have any ideas... I have no diahreha, fevers here and there and mainely just in a lot of pain. please some one help me.
