right lower abdomen pain (pelvic region)

I've had pain in the lower right side of my stomach /pelvis for several years. abdominal,transabdominal, and transvaginal ultrasounds have found nothing, yet the pain persists. The pain often radiates to the right lower back and though not always severe, it's always present. I have been diagnosed with sciatica, could this also be the source of pain I experience on the lower right side of my stomach/pelvis?

I find the advertising of specific devices as a treatment for medical problems inappropriate. All medical problems should be referred to a medical practitioner where a considered diagnosis can be made rather than playing Russian Roulette with a machine, however good a product it may be.
