right-lower abdomen pain during periods only on 1st day

Hi,
I am 24 years old and 5'5" in height and my weight is 70.I get severe right lower abdomen pain during 1st day of my periods. It is so severe that I can just scream and cry. One strange thing is when I suffer with this pain I can't even lay down.It pains more if I lay down.The pain starts after 2-3 hours of the starting of periods and the pain continues for 6-8 hours. I vomit and excrete several times during this pain.I can't eat anything during this pain.I have this pain for last 6-7 years.I have showed it to many doctors but no use.Please tell me what to do as this does not seem to be a normal periods case.
