there's a lump under my right nipple, it doesnt itch or anything, i dont even notice its there until i touch it, should i be worried about it and see a doctor?

i have exactly the same thing. i did some research into it and apparently that it is highly unlickely to be cancer if your young. i was told that it happened to some people during puberty so im hoping that is why i have it.
