i have had chronic pain in my hips,and shoulders past several years.
cortizone inj. helped my hip;however my shoulders still bother me.
mostly at night. I can sleep with my hands over my head ,which helps a little while.however, in the morning i have to use my left hand to pick up myright hand due to extreme pain. i cant even pick up my covers in the morning;I have to kick them off.i am a busy mom who is always tired due to tossing and turning all night. Could this be something serious?
