right temple twitching

hi,
a few days ago, my right temple started twitching every now and then. it's progressively gotten worse over the past few days and now happens a few times a minute and i've had a constant headache. i was just wondering what it is, if it's serious, and what may have caused it.

Patti, Have you been under a lot of stress recently? Quirky things like that happen to me when the stress level takes a leap. Sometimes my eyelid twitches or my thumb jumps. It can be a little embaressing when I am sitting at a meeting and all of a sudden the pen kind of flips out of my hand.

All kidding aside, I would first look at stress. If that is not the case, then there may be a need to see the Dr.

I think I have the same "twitching" that you are talking about. Mine is more like a sharp pain for a full second then goes away. Sometimes its every minute, sometimes it longer. The top of my head is also sensitive to the touch.

I am pretty sure I have a sinus Infection but I am not sure if this is something seperate or the same issue.

Someone told me it might be an ear infection.

What did you do to resolve this?
