hi im 19 nd for a long time now one of my testicles have been rather smaller than the other does anybody have anyidea wot could be wrong or wot i should do bout it if so please reply back

YOu need to have this checked. There are two options....one of your testicles could be shrinking or anotherone growing. Both of the options are abnormal, so you better have it checked. Right testicle is usually smaller than the left one and the left one usually hangs lower. This is anatomical arrangement.

If your symptoms represent changes, one getting bigger or another one smaller, then you should be seen by an urologist.
