My fiance has been complaining of pain in his right testicle that shoots down his leg. At first he thought it might be a hyrnea but after a trip to the emergency room, all he got was pain medication and an "I don't know what it is, you should see a surgeon." He has severe pain and it hurts him to move. What could cause this?
