I have right testicular ache only when i ejaculate, and it radiates to my abdomen. What could that be.

It is quite possible that it is some kind of nerve or muscle problem. It is probably just transient and nothing to worry about but if it persists, becomes worse or you develop some additional symptoms, you should seek doctor’s help right away.

You could have overused your pelvic muscles and are now experiencing this discomfort or suffered from a nerve entrapment that is in charge of pelvic organs.

If the pain doesn’t subside soon, you should see a doc.
