I'm currently using Finacea for rosecea that I've been dealing with for 8 years. I haven't seen any change in my complexion after 2 months. Are there other topicals or med's that are more effective?

Considering you’ve been dealing with rosacea for 8 years now, I suppose you went through numerous treatments like antibiotics, Accutane, Metrogel, Cleocin-T, Azelex, etc, avoiding the irritants, learned about things to avoid like to direct sun, excess clothing, hot foods, hot showers, saunas, etc
It is a bit harder to talk about things since you didn’t mentioned what kind of other treatments you tried.

Have you ever considered any of the laser treatments? It appears they work well for controlling rosacea and improving it. I was reading about Photoderm VL. It apparently helps in reducing the redness. It works with high energy light that is absorbed by blood, converted into heat and destroys the veins. It is said that the results may be visible after a couple of sessions.
You may experience some redness and bruising or even a blister after a treatment but these are only temporary.

If you are interested in this kind of treatment, you should look for a clinic that performs these types of surgeries.

These kinds of procedures are not covered by insurance!
