i resently guit cold turkey its been two weeks and i still have slite stomach cramps and feel lazy. I'v been told it takes 3 days to get out of your system the first 5 days are the worst, but definatly worth it even though im not a 100% yet. its well worth the 5 crapie days and every day after you will fill a little bit beter i have tryed soboxen and know pepole that have used methadone it just drags out the prosess and all of them are still using dons or soboxone and have been over a year. could turkey worked for me. good luck!!! remember the pain jesus endured and know that what you are going threw is nothing compaired to that. thats been my insperation for the last two weeks.
