I started with running races preparations two months ago so would like to hear how long it takes to get in proper shape for running races. I am not interested in anything particular it’s just that I would like to hear some running races story for I seem to become anxiety about all this already and I keep thinking what would be my results. This is my first running race and would like to hear from someone experienced what the running races benefits are.

If you ask me the most beautiful thing about running races is visiting so many different places and towns all over the globe practically. I am now 48 and am running races for more than a decade-so you see it is never too late- and I have such beautiful memories from each running race I have participated and I have so many t-shirts I love them all. Well I guess that this anxiety sensation you have is normal especially at the beginners but it is all about your running races approach-who says you must win at all or to make some new record. Making good company and some fun are the main goals of running races as ling as I am concerned you may run your own record or you may compete to the others but at the end making new friends and traveling are the best part of running races.
