I had diarrhea 2 days last week then better for 3 days. Now, I've had this rusty colored diarrhea for 3 days, my lower right side and back hurt. Whenever I try to eat or drink I feel like my stomach is trembling. When I eat within 2 hours is when the diarrhea starts - when should I go see my doctor or will this just pass?
