First, let me explain term sacroilliac. Sacroilliac joint lies next to the spine and connects the triangular bone at the bottom of the spine with the pelvis. Sacroilliac joint is thought to cause low back or leg pain. This is most common in young and middle aged women. The pain is very similar to pain caused by lumbar disc herniation. I guess you know what screw and insertion means Smile There is so much more to it ad I as laic are not the one to answer, it is truly better to ask experts.
