hello, im going to keep my age unknown but im under 16.... for most of my life i thought my penis was normal, but at around age 9 i saw an uncircumcised penis and i wondered about mine, then i learned that im not alone and its normal...but the thing is, is when i masturbate the foreskin goes down where only about half the head is showing, im nervous and a little frightened to pull it back any further but i read in an article that by age 16 you should be able to move the foreskin up and down...

please , is there anyway that i can make the foreskin move easier such as washing methods.
