I am suffering from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. I am in a life time battle. I am doing everything doctors told me to. But every time I visit my doctor I get more bad news. Last time he told me that I can get scars if I do not do something about it. What kind of scars he is talking about and what can I do about?

If you want to prevent scars that can occur in the future, better read this. I am sorry to hear about your bad relation with your doctor. These scars can occur after some skin lesions. Problem with skin is often in people who can not move without help. They are called pressure sores (looks like skin ulcer). You can prevent this if you have possibility to move by your one, or to be moved by someone else.
