I have a friend that talks to herself, has a hard time organizing her thoughts, lies excessively, and believes there are spirits in her life. Does she have schitzophrenia? if so, is there anything i can do to help?

i do alot of the same things as she does, but i dont lie much, with the talking to herself thats no problem, the spirits, i myself beleive in them fully, the only thing id worry about is her organizing her thoughts and the compulsive lying but thats my veiw, but i beleive in spirits and i speak to myself all the time. i really see no danger
