Hello - I had scoliosissurgery 35 years ago. I am fused from t3 to L4. I have discomfort but have been very proactive always. I am concerned about my tendency to lean forward now as a result of the 'flatback' consequence of my herrington rods. What specific exercises should I be doing to prevent that forward tendency? Thanks! I just want to be sure I'm on the right track to stay healthy and active for a long time to come.
