hi i have just noticed to the left of my scrotum in 4 small close together patches that i am peeling and where it has peeled is slightly red, i am wondering if this is a possible std? its not itchy and only in the one spot where the scrotum touches the left of my leg i am worried because ive never encountered this before, im 20, can someone please help, many thanks
