I am 33 i got married 2005 , and i need to get birth, but when we took intercourse with my hasband ,after we finished the sperm flow out from my vagina ,and i we need to have a child .so whai is the proplem .thanks

No Problems. not all sperm flows out! Some stays inside! You have a good chance of pregnancy if you continue doing this when ovulating. good luck.
