Hi all. I’ve heard my older sister talking with her friend about self sabatoge. Can anybody tell me what is that?? I feel really ridiculous asking this question, but I would really like to know what that is, and I’m ashamed to ask her...

Well, self-sabotage is when you say you want something and then go about making sure it doesn't happen. I think that is what your sister was speaking about... There are many things in which we can sabotage ourselves - we sabotage time, weight, finances, exercise programs, writing, education, careers, relationships, health and even pets and cars.
