In the last couple of days I noticed some discharge that came straight after urinating. It looked like a semen discharge. I feel strange because I haven’t had unprotected sex lately, so I don’t think it is due to some STD, and I don’t have any troubles urinating or burning sensation to think of a UTI. Any ideas about what this could be?

I think what you have coming after urination is just a secretion which can be caused by prostatic secretion after straining, or urethral gland secretions during sexual excitement or infections. I think it would be best if you went to an urologist who can evaluate your condition so that you can act appropriately.
