I've been noticing that my husband has semen on his underwear, a tiny, tiny amount... when he comes home from work. Can physical activity cause this? And is it normal?

Usually the penis must be erect to secrete sperm. He must be getting excited sometime during the day. Sometimes after ejaculating the penis will leak a little bit of sperm for up to 2 hours. Does he masturbate before going to work?

First there doesn’t have to be an erection for semen to discharge, in many cases of nocturnal emission "wet dreams" the penis is not always erect. If he had a wet dream that night, that could be one cause. Holding out on your husband and your husband not masturbating could also cause some discharge or if he was extra horny thinking of YOU all day at work with/or without some fun play time at home could cause this to occur. My wife and I were virgins on our wedding night, for what ever reason I decided to stop masturbating a week before the big night and I was dripping like a siv two days before, I noticed it when I would go to the bathroom there would be a little bit sitting in the tip and a small amount in my undies. Also is he taking any new vitamins, meds, any like this could cause an upset in the norm. Also consider it might not be semen it “COULD” be an infection. Also some men at times have pre-cum it occurs normally during an erection but it doesn’t for some men and at some times in our life’s it wont require any extra stimulation, for some men they will pre-cum every time they have an erection to some degree. It doesn’t have to be something he might be doing with out you; he may love you very much and may just be extra horny. Also men masturbate we have been doing it long before you ever came around and sometimes its something that gets revisited it doesn’t make you a bad wife or a poor lover it’s an easy, uncomplicated, quick and some times a selfish way to make yourself feel good. Talk to your husband, maybe buy a power tool for yourself, you may like it, let him be comfortable with himself pleasing himself, but you should talk about shuch things make some ground rules do only what you are both ok with doing. For excample one rule I have on the power tools is no penis like toys are allowed and nothing too big small to med sized toys only, she got me a masturbator, its a toy for men and her rule on the matter was no vagina looking toys also thay are very fun to use together. For us making love should be first priority and first choice but if things haven’t worked out and you need to be worked out you should be able to, this is just my thought and my wife is sitting next to me as I typed this out. You didn't say how old your husband is.... he could have presure on his prostrate which can cause pre-cum semen leakage, a simple swelling of the prostrate can cause many things.

Then again, it may be nothing more than your husband thinking about your naked body, seeing your vagina in his mind, that causes him to have a super hard erection during his work day. May be he has been shopping for some really sexy panties for you, or nightie, and the thought just made him have a very hard erection and he had pre cum in his shorts.

It is very normal... men think about sex 80% of their waking hours compared to most women.
