hi i'm 65 my semen is almost clear and sometimes very little or none when i ejaculate It used to be thick white and quite a lot when i was younger could my problem be my age or the fact I had a vassecyomy 30yrs ago.

You indicate that there is a problem with having clear seamen... and that when you younger, your seamen was white and thicker. I don't see a problem here.

As we age, the seamen does appear thinner. The longer between climaxes, the thicker the seamen, and frequently, the whiter.

However, the presence or absence of sperm in the seamen is usually not nocticable unless you have it under a microscope.
