sensitive penis and itchy testicals.

Please help!! My problem started about 1 year ago. I noticed small cuts on the shaft of my penis after having sex with my wife. The skin on that part became very sensitive. Under the penis cap was very sensitive after intercourse. I have sex 2-3 times a week for short durations(Due to the discomfort) a lot less than when I had sex 6-7 times a week for longer periods with out the problem??? The cuts healed quickly but skin stayed sensitive all the time. My testicles are constantly itchy I noticed that I have irregular patches on my testical sac. They took over my entire scrotum and left it looking different then before this happened. Kind of like scare tissueish looking. My first thought is possibly herpes, but after seeing pictures of this I’m sure that is not the problem. Afterwards I went to my dr. and did some kind of culture with some colored paper test which came back negative. He prescribed some steroid cremes, cortisone, fungal crèmes & acitin. My wife has never had any symptoms so I don't believe it is an std.
I have not changed any clothing.
Other than all these problems I generally feel really great. Unfortunately, this problem has really ruined my sex life. What would you sugest Doc Please help!!!!

Hi. If the things that the doctor gave you aren't working then I would go to another one for a different opinion. Something is wrong, you need to find a good doctor who can get it sorted for you. Good luck

you had herpes , it goes from positive to negative, my penis is still senistive all i can do is try no to think about and it should in time heal it self at least i hope. because the nerve ending were damaged i am looking for answers myself
