When I was 17 I contracted mumps and my testicles swelled to 3x their normal size. Since I have had mumps I have noticed then when my wife fondles my testicles they are very sensitive and it begins to hurt. I have not had any other injuries in this area and I don't notice any abnormailities. Anyone have any ideas?
How old are you now? I know you said you had no trauma to the testicles but I was wondering if you have noticed any symptoms in between or has this sensitivity just began? Have you been with any other girls between the mumps period and your marriage?
No matter you had no trauma or illness in the meantime you could have gotten another problem/disease.
For example, in epididymitis, testicles also get swollen and painful. This disorder is caused by sexually transmitted bacteria or coliforms, which are organisms that live in the intestines.
Are your testicles also sensitive when you play with them?
