sensitive testicles

Hello there! I am 26 years old male, and lately I have been experiencing some strange sensitive sensation during sexual intercourse. What could have gone wrong? How serious this is? Thx!!!!

Hi! You should know that testicles are surrounded by muscles that allow testicles to be retracted towards the body if stimulated or in cold weather. Prolonged stimulation without ejaculation can produce pain. If the pain persists you should be examined to make sure that there isn’t any low grade infection of the collecting system and cord called epidimitis.
