Complete elimination of 75mg of seroquel from circulation should be in about 36 hours.
It may depend on age, because in elderly patients clearance of orally administered seroquel may be reduced by 40%. Hepatic impairment affects metabolism and excretion of seroquel. But the values are within the range for normal subjects.
So, it takes about day and a half to clear system from 3 tablets of seroquele.
Glad to be of help.
