It depends on the dose that you took, how often you used to take it and for how long. If you took one tablet, it can not harm you. Seroquel is indicated in psychosis, so I guess that it can be clear if one needs it or not. Seroquel treats acute mania and bipolar disorders. Seroquel has sedating effect, can cause weight gain, and has risk of development of diabetes. These effects are related to long term use of seroquel. Also, this antipsychotic drug can cause disorder called tardive dyskinezia that is manifested with involuntary movements of head and body. But as I said, one dose can not hurt you.
