severe abdominal cramping for weeks and spotting for 6 days,I'm breastfeeding and have IUD

Help!While pregnant in '06,my pap smear returned abnormal and after colposcopy and such,it was found that I have moderate dysplasia.The only treatment at this time is just repeat smears.I had my baby 3 months ago and I'm still nursing.Period hasn't returned yet.For well over a month now,I've had SEVERE abdominal cramping and mentioned it to my obgyn.He said it could be related to the nursing,but didn't check in to it.Then I had my IUD put in about 2 weeks ago.Cramping is still severe and now I've been spotting for 6 days straight.Does anyone know what could be going on,or what I should have my obgyn check for? I'm really desperate to find out some info.
